Revisiting the Atlanta Falcons 2011 NFL Draft

Who did the Falcons snag in our redraft and what does their total roster look like?

In our re-draft, the Falcons added Chris Harris Jr., Richard Sherman, Tyron Smith, Joe Barksdale, Bruce Miller, and Matt Bosher.

This draft was a little short due to the trade up for Julio Jones (Smith), but we still added talent.

We got two of the best corners in the league, one of the best-left tackles, and solid contributors elsewhere.

Let’s take a look at how we’ve addressed each position over the last four redrafts.

Quarterbacks: Matt Ryan

Running Backs: Jamaal Charles

Fullbacks: Bruce Miller

Tight Ends: Jimmy Graham

Wide Receivers: Antonio Brown, Demaryius Thomas, Austin Collie, Pierre Garcon, Stevie Johnson

Offensive Linemen: Duane Brown, Carl Nicks, Garrett Reynolds, Tyron Smith, Joe Barksdale, Marshall Newhouse, Mike Johnson

Defensive Linemen: Geno Atkins, Michael Bennett, Calais Campbell, Cliff Arvil

Linebackers: Clay Matthews, David Hawthorne

Cornerbacks: Richard Sherman, Chris Harris Jr., Brandon Carr, Jerruad Powers, Jason McCourty

Safeties: Thomas DeCoud, William Moore, Reshad Jones
