Mike Minor || LHP – Texas Rangers

Atlanta fans following the Braves this season know that the club has been vocal about bringing back former players. Minor fits that bill to the tee. On top of that, the 6-year veteran is putting up some decent numbers this season.

Atlanta currently has a 3.47 ERA and a 1.34 WHIP. While Minor’s numbers are currently below that average; 5.61 ERA and a 1.34 WHIP, he does have three wins on the year. Ultimately there might be better options, but Minor is a decent option who won’t demand a ton of value.

Bringing him back to Atlanta could help him regain his form. Putting him in a relief role is the best option at this point in his career. The Braves would likely be able to acquire Minor for relatively little if his struggles continue.

The Texas Rangers are fighting for the bottom of their division and look to be sellers this off-season.   Minor would be a solid addition to a  Braves’ pen in need of more help.
