Atlanta Braves: Five Possible Trade Deadline Targets

The Atlanta Braves (26-16), are off to a very impressive start this season. Not only do the Braves own the best record in the National League, but they have put themselves in position to be buyers at the July 31st trade deadline. 

With about two and a half months to go before the deadline, the Atlanta Braves will be able to keep an eye out for teams who may fall out of their respective divisional race and become a seller.

While that’s not to say Braves General Manager Alex Anthopoulos could turn around today and strike a deal with a club, odds are he will wait and monitor the Big League Clubs progress as well as the farm system to see what needs will ultimately need to be filled.

The beautiful thing about the 2018 Braves is that there aren’t too many glaring holes. However, there’s always room for improvement and with Anthopoulos at the helm, anything can happen. With that being said, let’s take a look at five potential trade targets that Atlanta might look at:
