1. Bring Jonny Venters Back to Atlanta

Jonny Venters was another fan favorite during his time with the Atlanta Braves. He set-up for former Braves closer Craig Kimbrel. Since he left Atlanta he has been ravaged by injuries and unable to pitch.

He stuck with his rehab and nearly five years later is finally healthy with the Tampa Bay Rays. Watching him pitch so far this season he has been great with 10 shutout innings.

Bringing back Venters to join a new wave of young Braves talent would be a fun storyline and good for the roster.

While he may not be an elite closing option if he continues to prove himself there is plenty of reason to think he can be a great late inning reliever.

Overall, the bullpen is the Atlanta Braves biggest need headed towards the trade deadline. Adding a reliable reliever and a third baseman seem like their best options.
