Two months ago, the Falcons drafted six players, and four out of the six play different positions.  Now with Training Camp only a month away, who are the players to keep your eye on as it nears?

1. Calvin Ridley

The first-round draft pick out of Alabama is going to be a play-maker.  However, he may not have an immediate impact on the offense since he still has to learn the playbook.

Moreover, there is not a doubt in my mind that he will get playing time.  He is a slightly smaller Julio Jones, and it will be fun to see him on the same field and same team as Julio Jones.  With Calvin Ridley, Julio Jones, and the Devonta Freeman and Tevin Coleman tandem in the backfield, we may have one of the fastest and most versatile Offenses in the NFL.

It will also be interesting to see how he is used in the Offense.  It is assumed that he will be the No. 3 Wideout, but I would not be surprised if he makes a move for the No. 2 spot, as the season goes on.

Calvin Ridley can do a little bit of everything, which is a very good thing.  In OTA and Mandatory Minicamp, he was seen doing punt returns and kick returns.  The next thing for him to do is run the ball, and he will turn into an unfair weapon.

Once Preseason gets here, watch Calvin Ridley in those four games because he will get a decent amount of playing time and as he prepares for the regular season.
