The Falcons drafted for potential with their second fifth rounder. Did it work out?

The pick: Jonathan Massaquoi, Defensive End, 164th overall

Their impact: Massaquoi played three years for the Falcons (THE TREND?!), but only appeared in 39 games.

He was never able to make a huge impact and finished his career with 6 sacks.

After his time with the Falcons, he left the NFL (this is weird now).

Who else was available that round?: Marvin Jones has improved during every single year of his career.

After only racking up 201 yards as a rookie, Jones ended last year with 1,101 and 9 touchdowns.

He also had a great sophomore season in Cincinnati, as he hauled in ten touchdowns for an explosive Bengals offense.

Would they switch the pick?: Without a doubt. Jones joins a crowded receiving group on our new team.
