5. at Carolina Panthers

The “easiest” hardest game this year is at the Panthers.  Like New Orleans, it is almost always tough to play at Carolina.  Though, the past couple of seasons have not been as electric as it used to be.  Carolina is starting to lose momentum in the football world, but that does not make them a piece of cake.  Cam Newton, Greg Olson, and Christian McCaffrey are tough to handle.  Also, that Carolina Defense is ferocious with Luke Kuechly and Thomas Davis leading it.

There is nothing easy about this game, but it should not be anything new to the Falcons.  Also, like the Saints, the Falcons see them twice every year, making each team familiar with one another.

The reason why it may not be competitive is that it is a Week 16 game.  That means it will either be a very important game for both teams to try and punch their tickets to the postseason or one team will already be knocked out and may not try as hard as they would.

The Falcons will have to play well against Carolina because they are always a threat, but will keep the same style of play against them as they always do.

They will stay unpredictable on defense and offense.  The one thing on defense that will remain constant is that Keanu Neal will probably shadow Greg Olson and Deion Jones will be the QB-Spy.  Other than that, the offense will feature almost every weapon they have and so will the defense.
