September 8th the Bulldogs Open the SEC against the South Carolina Gamecocks

South Carolina and the Bulldogs will be a much better game in week two for the Dawgs. South Carolina is improving but they are still not a legitimate threat to win the SEC. They lack the offensive and defensive line depth a team needs to play good old-fashioned SEC football.

Their defense is improving, however, and they did give the Bulldogs a lot of trouble last year. The Bulldogs won the game 24-10 but it was a surprisingly close game the Dawgs should have handled a bit easier.

This time around the Gamecocks will be even more motivated to take a swing at the top team in their division.

The problem for South Carolina is going to be the fact they just can’t handle the Dawg’s pass rush and they lack a defense capable of stopping the Bulldogs run for a complete sixty minutes.

Final Score- South Carolina- 17  Bulldogs-31
