Mohamed Sanu – Wide Receiver

Standard: 1.5 points PPR: 3.5 points

Mohamed Sanu was a quiet man during the Atlanta Falcons offensive explosion. Sanu caught just two passes for 19 yards. He also had 1 rush from the quarterback position in the Wild Dawg formation, for a loss of four yards. Sanu made the wrong read and should have handed the ball to Coleman.

This has been a slow start for Mohamed Sanu. He has been targeted just eight times in two games, catching six passes for only 37 yards. He had yet to find the end zone. Could a game against New Orleans, be what he needs to get back on track?

Week Three Outlook

The Atlanta Falcons rival New Orleans sAints, gave up 48 points to the red-hot Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and only 18 points against the Cleveland Browns. Similarly, the Atlanta Falcons offense scored just 12 points against the Philadelphia Eagles, yet put up 31 versus the Carolina Panthers.

Which defense and offense will show up this week?

Should the Atlanta Falcons’ offense play like they did in week two, and the sAints defense play like they did on week one, stating Sanu would be a no brainer. There is no guarantee either scenario will occur. The outcome most likely will be somewhere in the middle.

Sanu seems more suitable as a fantasy bench player for Julio Jones owners at this point in the season, unless your team is shorthand.

Advice: Sit Mohamed Sanu
