2. Ronald Acuna Jr. Must Continue to Ignite the Offense and Set the Table

The biggest difference maker in the second half of the season for Atlanta was Ronald Acuna Jr. The kid lit the team on fire offensively and always seems to make “the” play to help his team win. Whether it was his leadoff homer streak or his diving grabs in the outfield.

Acuna is a special talent who cannot be scared by the big stage if Atlanta is going to win this postseason.

He has to continue to play at the level he has all season for Atlanta and set the table for Freddie Freeman and Nick Markakis.

If that happens the Braves offense will continue clicking and give Atlanta a chance to win this series.

If not, Atlanta could struggle to score consistently. Acuna’s ability to ignite the offense shouldn’t be overlooked as the team heads into the NLDS.
