The Atlanta Hawks are trying something new over their last three games this season, playing good basketball. The Hawks have looked cohesive and won three in a row for Coach Pierce.

The Atlanta Hawks are sitting 12th in the East at (9-23), with three of their 9-wins coming in their last three games. Now the Hawks will bring a win streak back to Atlanta as they take on a playoff bound Pacer team.

Watching the Hawks put together three wins in a row has been fun for a Hawk’s fan base that is enduring what is already a very long season.

Attempting to put four wins together will be a challenge as the Hawks will take on the Pacers tonight in Atlanta.

John Collins and Trae Young have led the way for the Hawks so far this season with Collins averaging 18-points and Young averaging 15-points a game.

Collins exemplifies what the coaching staff preaches to this very young Hawks roster. He hustles constantly, plays a tough brand of defense and gives the team a much need threat to score in the paint.

Young is more of a finesse player offering the team a scorer who can facilitate better then most point guards around the League.

His ability to find the open man and set up his teammates is baffling for a rookie. If the Hawks are going to continue to string together wins it will be because Collins and Young lead the way for a roster of cast offs.

Tonight’s game against the Pacers will be a good test after the team has beaten the Wizards, Pistons, and Knicks.

Trae Young must continue to get better and lead the first unit, this is especially true while John Collins battles through an injury. Young is the Hawk’s future and he will continue to show why tonight in Atlanta.
