4. Add a Three Point Sniper and Defender in Khris Middleton

Having watched more Bucks basketball than in any season past I feel confident in saying Middleton is one of the most underrated players in basketball. He defends at an elite level using his length against his often smaller opponents.

He can create minimally on offense and has a great 3-point shot. His abilities would fit perfectly on Atlanta’s roster and make them a contender in the Eastern conference.

The problem with Middleton is the fact he is unlikely to leave the Bucks. It seems far fetched if the money is close he would leave a team with a top three player to play with a young Hawks squad.

If the Hawks were to overpay they could sign Middleton but losing roster flexibility isn’t an attractive idea with a roster full of stars you will have to pay. Middleton is a great player and one the Hawks should be interested in. But he is also one who is unlikely to end up in Atlanta despite the excellent fit.
