5. Ndamukong Suh

Another interior defensive lineman at the fifth spot. This is an even more pie-in-the-sky dream for the Falcons and their fans. Suh, who turned 32 in January, is still looking for a new home after his Super Bowl run with the Los Angeles Rams. Suh, who is at the end of his career, is a hired gun at this point. Suh is the kind of guy that will want a lot of money, but also would be willing to accept a one-year deal from the Falcons. That is something Danny Shelton is not looking to do. This is what makes Suh so attractive for the Falcons.

Bringing in Suh would be an indicator that the Falcons are going for a Super Bowl this season. This Falcons offense is good enough to make a deep playoff run, but the defense is still in need of some help. Suh would be an instant impact guy who can add some attitude and nastiness to this defense. On a defensive line that is full of small, speed guys, Suh could be a player that would fit Dan Quinn’s defense perfectly. It’s unlikely the Falcons would want to risk the chemistry of the “Brotherhood” by bringing in a player like Suh. But if the Falcons want to shoot for the Super Bowl this season, Suh is a good place to start.
