We have already pushed the boundaries of the Atlanta Hawks rookie roster limits. So at this juncture, to take anything besides stash prospects with the last two picks in our draft redo, would be venturing into extreme fantasy land.

Unfortunately Marcos Louzada Silva a stash favorite who ranked number 29 on our Big Board is unavailable in our redraft, forcing us to look elsewhere. He was actually selected number 35, with the pick that Atlanta sent to New Orleans. We took Bol Bol with the pick in this redo.

With pick number 41 in the Atl All Day Draft Redo, the Atlanta Hawks select wing Vanja Marinkovic from Serbia. Having to choose two stash selections with our final draft picks, we take the 6’7 197 pound Marinkovic with our first stash pick.

Vanja Marinkovic is a scorer who shoots the ball well from long-range, both standing still and off the dribble. He also has the ability to attack closeouts off the dribble and take the ball to the basket when the defense tries to crowd his shot.

Vanja needs to improve on the defensive end, most of all. He also needs to improve his awareness on both ends of the court.

Marinkovic was actually selected by the Sacramento Kings with pick 60, the final pick in the 2019 NBA Draft. However in our redraft, he benefits from the Atlanta Hawks crowed roster situation, and becomes a draft and stash player 19 picks sooner.
