The Creative Commitment of Kendall Milton

Kendall Milton had one of the most creative and innovative commitment announcements, that I have ever seen personally. He let the world know that he was UGA bound via the well produced video below.

As you can see Milton’s video is fantastic and contains several interesting elements. One thing that stands out about the production, is the custom-made song “I’m a Bulldog“.

The song “I’m a Bulldog” was written and performed by Christian Rap Artist King James. King James is Kendall Milton’s cousin. The song mentioned some of the great things about Georgia Football and many of Milton’s accomplishments as a football player thus far.

The lyrics to “I’m a Bulldog” went much deeper than just on the field information. The song mentioned Kendall Milton’s values and what he liked about the University of Georgia outside of football.

The catchy custom produced tune, also mentioned the appreciation that Kendall Milton has for all of the coaches, that have helped mold him on his football journey throughout the years. This prominently includes his father Chris Milton who coached him as a youth.

The song also speaks on the love and gratitude, that Kendall has for both his Father and Mother and the sacrifices they made for him. It is quite obvious that family is of utmost importance to Kendall.

King James the writer and performer of Kendall Milton’s commitment song, has also served as a Correctional Officer at the William C. Holman Facility in Escambia County, Alabama for 10 years. His music can be found by clicking on this Spotify link.

More than just the song, the video is terrific as well. It contains everything from Kendall Milton highlights, to game day scenes in Athens. The Georgia Bulldogs mascots Hairy Dawg and Uga make an appearance. There is even a clip of the Dawg fans lighting up Sanford Stadium.

Kendall Milton’s family and several of his coaches were also featured. There was even an appearance by UGA star and now Los Angeles Rams running back Todd Gurley, who sat beside Milton in a scene.

Another thing that the video spoke on was Kendall Milton’s strong faith. His faith and humility are what keeps him motivated and grounded. Those traits are a major reason, that he is able to focus on football and tune out the outside noise that comes with being a star athlete.

Kendall Milton’s announcement video and the song “I’m a Bulldog” fired up Georgia Bulldogs fans around the country. I certainly got hyped up when watching video myself. You can clearly see Milton’s excitement for Georgia Football, as he enthusiastically waves a red Georgia Bulldogs flag throughout the production.
