Things to watch for:

The Georgia Bulldogs offensive line is heralded as arguably the best front five unit in the country. The will look to get off to a fast start and establish dominance on the line of scrimmage, against what should be an overmatched Vanderbilt defensive line.

An issue that the Georgia Bulldogs offensive line faced last season, was having trouble converting short yardage running situations. That will be an important thing to watch for in this game.

Many college football games come down to who wins the line of scrimmage. Georgia Bulldogs pass rush will be another important factor in tonight’s game, as head coach Kirby Smart has emphasized increased pressure

Azeez Ojulari returned from injury to put on a stellar performance in the Sugar Bowl against Texas last year. He will team up with the nation’s number one overall recruit Nolan Smith to bolster the Dawgs pass. Adam Anderson is also expected to provide pressure to the Dawgs pass rush rotation.

The Georgia Bulldogs have high expectations, as they hope to win a third consecutive SEC East title. With the level of talent that the Dawgs have recruited, reaching the pinnacle of NCAA in no longer matter of if, it’s a matter of when.

Armed with a junior quarterback, a veteran offensive line and a stable of running backs the Georgia Bulldogs have as much talent as any team in the country. Should the Bulldogs young defense gel, this could be the year that they win the National Title.
