The Atlanta Braves could have the best outfield in baseball next season if Ender Inciarte can return to form. If he is still on the Braves roster fans should expect a big rebound season for Inciarte.

Ender Inciarte had an injury-plagued season for the Atlanta Braves. He was hurt for most of the second half of the season not allowing him to surge and have the big second half he usually does for Atlanta.

There seem to be many rumors floating around as to whether or not Ender will be in a Braves uniform next season. The speculation seems ridiculous when you consider what he brings to the team and where he is in his career.

Trading Inciarte two years ago would have made sense, now it would be a terrible move. He is coming off of his worst season to date and Atlanta would be trading him at his lowest value.

Not only that, Atlanta needs a center fielder and Inciarte is a great defender and a contact hitter with a career .286 average. It was only two seasons ago he collected 201-hits and was one of the best hitters on the team.

Last season was the outlier for Inciarte, it isn’t the hitter he has been throughout his career and isn’t the hitter he will be next season.

Keeping Inciarte and slotting him in center and putting Ronald Acuna Jr. in right is the best move for this team.  Inciarte is going to have a bounceback season that will remind Braves fans just how good he can be and what he can bring to this team.

Trading him shouldn’t be an option barring a terrible overpay from another team.  In his career, he has had four good seasons, one average, and last year his lone bad seasons. History tells us he is the player he has been for five of his six seasons, not the lone injury-plagued one.  Keeping Inciarte is the best move for Atlanta and one that will pay off in the season to come.
