Truist Park remains one of the newest parks in Major League Baseball, but the home of the Atlanta Braves since 2017 has already had a rich history. The Braves hosted Games 3, 4 and 5 of the 2021 World Series at the Cumberland, Georgia ballpark and are on deck to host the 2025 MLB All-Star Game and potentially a National League pennant contender this summer.
But while Truist Park is considered a gem by Braves fans, it also had to continue improving the facility to keep it that way. The Braves made another investment in that regard with an announcement on Monday and fans will get to experience the new addition when Atlanta hosts the Miami Marlins for their home opener on April 4.
Braves “Outfield Market” Newest Addition to Truist Park Ahead of Opening Day
The Braves announced the addition of the Outfield Market at Truist Park, which “will showcase flavors from across Braves Country and beyond.” The new space will consist of eight food stalls, featuring a variety of local vendors and new options from Truist Park Catering partner Delaware North.

“At the end of last year, the Braves announced a regional search for the top food items from across Braves Country, some of which will be featured in this new location within the ballpark,” The Braves said per a press release on Monday before stating that new vendors and food offerings will be announced in the coming weeks.
The Outfield Market will be located on the right field concourse and while the shaded location will have eight food stalls, it will also feature grab-and-go options, a communal dining area, a Braves Retail location with a 470 square foot LED board to stay on top of the action.
Other additions to Truist Park this season include “The Pen,” which is a group seating area located above the Braves bullpen in right field complete with access to a private lounge, and the “Closer’s Bar” which is opening just inside the Chop House Gate next to the Coors Light Chop House with an elevated cocktail menu with rotating signature drinks.
All of this sounds great to visiting fans who may be stopping by for the All-Star Game this summer. But others just want to get a beer that won’t set them back $18. Either way, it’s another addition to Truist Park ahead of what could be one of its biggest years to date.
