The Atlanta Hawks won their 10th straight game tonight, after beating the Boston Celtics 105-91 with two of their regular starters out resting.

A night after Jeff Teague, DeMarre Carroll and Paul Millsap sat out for rest, Al Horford and Kyle Korver both got the night off in Boston–no worries for Atlanta though.

The Hawks shot 49.3 percent from the floor and held the Celtics to just 41 percent en route to yet another victory at less than 100 percent strength. Atlanta grabbed 13 steals on the night and blocked seven Boston shots, while Teague and Carroll carried the offensive burden with 22 points apiece.

The two combined to shoot 15-for-25 from the floor and 5-for-11 from 3, while turning the ball over just once apiece.

Paul Millsap had an equally impressive performance coming back from his day off, scoring 18 points and grabbing 10 rebounds.

Those three combined for 62 of the team’s total points, while the Hawks breezed to yet another victory. After ending the first quarter tied at 24, the Hawks took over in the final three quarters, outscoring the Celtics 81-67.

As the Hawks continue to dominate the league, it seems like there is less and less to actually talk about. They’re just doing the same thing night-in and night-out. With this win, the Hawks move to 31-8 on the season and have the second-best record in the NBA behind the Golden State Warriors.

Next on the schedule though is the Toronto Raptors. This one might actually be a challenge for Mike Budenholzer and company–the Hawks are 0-2 against them this season. Atlanta will try and change that Friday night.
