4. Brian Snitker Getting all of the Blame, None of the Credit

Briant Snitker was simply supposed to be a transitional manager to help the team get through the rebuild. His abilities to manage were questioned by fans and the front office. Freddie Freeman and Nick Markakis, however, were both very vocal they had Snitker’s back.

Despite the fact of having the players behind him many fans thought Snitker was a poor manager and shouldn’t still have a job. Snitker is proving them wrong, and yet seems to be getting little credit.

While it is the players who should receive the majority of the credit good teams must have above average managers. Snitker is proving to be adaptable, making his team into an aggressive offensive machine.

His lineup changes have worked effectively, and most of his pitching decisions have been the right moves to make.

Snitker is proving to be a very good manager, the manager of the Braves’ future. His aggressive decisions and lineup adjustments have proven his capabilities.

Not only that but most important of all, the players like playing for Snitker and are proven to have his back as he does their’s.
