Atlanta Falcons Fantasy Football Focus Week Four
Running Back Tevin Coleman
Standard: 10.7 points PPR: 12.7
Tevin Coleman came crashing back down to earth, after a career high rushing day in week two, against the Carolina Panthers. The Atlanta Falcons offensive line failed to open up many holes last week. However Coleman also uncharacteristically missed several cutback opportunities.
Tevin Coleman was only able to muster 33 yards on 15 carries. That’s a minuscule 2.2 yards per attempt. He also added two catches for 14 yards. What saved the day for Tevin’s fantasy football total, is that one of those two catches was for a touchdown, adding six points to his total.
Week Four Forecast
Even though Coleman had a rough day in week three, it’s a positive sign that the Atlanta Falcons still handed him the ball 15 times. The Cincinnati Bengals rank number 21 at points allowed to opposing running backs, so the match up is very favorable for the Atlanta Falcons running back.
Devonta Freeman will miss his third consecutive game. This will ensure that Tevin Coleman will see the volume that fantasy football team owners desire. Coleman has also scored in double digits all three games, in both fantasy football formats.
