The NFL offseason rolls on now that the 2025 draft is officially in the rearview mirror. The Atlanta Falcons had an eventful time in Green Bay, WI, to say the least, as they left Lambeau Field with some controversy mixed in with their newfound crop of high-upside rookies on both sides of the ball.

With the draft over and there being some time before rookie minicamps start up, now is a good time to check in on Atlanta's former players. While some ex-Falcons are on track to succeed with their new teams, one of the franchise's former offensive tackles was just kicked to the curb before the beginning of May.

Titans Waive Former Falcons OL Isaiah Prince After 2025 NFL Draft

On Tuesday evening, NFL insider Aaron Wilson reported that the Tennessee Titans have waived former Falcons OL Isaiah Prince following the NFL draft.

Drafted 202nd overall by the Miami Dolphins in 2019, Prince spent only five months in the Sunshine State before being claimed off waivers by the Cincinnati Bengals. He played 15 games (4 starts) throughout parts of four seasons with the Bengals until he signed with the Denver Broncos during the 2023 offseason.

Prince's stay in the Mile High City was up before the summer ended, signing with the Falcons just under two weeks before the 2023 NFL season began. Unfortunately, his time in Atlanta ended nearly as quickly as it began, as he was released by the Falcons before September was over.

Since leaving A-Town, Prince joined the UFL's Arlington Renegades before signing with the Titans for the 2024 campaign. His time in Tennessee was unremarkable, to say the least, as he finished the year with 46.8 pass protection and 59.6 run blocking grades on Pro Football Focus in the only game he played (Week 11 vs. Minnesota Vikings).

Offseason injuries can pop up at any time, so there's a good chance Prince will get another opportunity at some point this summer. Rookie minicamps are happening in early May, and it won't be much longer after that when veterans begin their offseason programs, meaning a training camp invite could be in the cards for an experienced blocker with 22 NFL regular-season games under his belt.
