Atlanta Falcons: 5 Players to Watch Vs. Dallas

Paul Worrilow took what HC Dan Quinn said to heart about having the best offseason possible entering 2015 Training Camp. Worrilow is playing at a lighter weight at ILB and he’s been a great piece in the Falcons LB corps because of it.
He’s played quicker and with more explosiveness. Worrilow is playing freer than he had been able to in former DC Mike Nolan’s overly complicated defensive scheme the last two years. Paul continues to wear the Green Dot for the Atlanta Falcons on defense, as the primary signal caller on that side of the football.

I feel that he and the rest of the Falcons LB corps will have to anchor the front seven in this game with the Dallas Cowboys. With a new starting quarterback and a healthy stable of running backs, expect the Cowboys offense to choose to pound the rock behind that offensive line of behemoths.
Fortunately, Worrilow is a strong run stopper and the leverage based tackling methods of Dan Quinn are working exponentially better than how Atlanta chose to bring down ball carriers last season. I see Paul Worrilow and Justin Durant competing with each other to see who can accumulate 10 tackles faster in this battle of unbeatens.
