TE. Stanford. Levine Toilolo. 80. player. 44.

There will come a time when QB Matt Ryan will have to convert a third down to keep a lengthy drive alive and WR Julio Jones is somehow not open. Who can Ryan count on to make that important third down reception?

I think he might want to target TE Levine Toilolo in that situation. In Year Three, Toilolo looks like a different player. He’s not dropping easy passes anymore. Ryan should target Levine at least a couple of time in this game.

The reason I think Toilolo has a great game on Saturday is that he will have to should the Falcons want any contribution from there tight ends. TE Jacob Tamme is in concussion protocol and will miss Week 4. Though Mickey Shuler is familiar with the schemes of the Atlanta Falcons’ offense, I see him more as a blocking tight end in this game.

It won’t look gaudy on the stats sheet, but Levine Toilolo will have a couple of big catches for the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday. I think he has 3 catches for 45 yards. Should one of those be in the red zone, then maybe it’s a touchdown for the 6’8” TE out of Stanford.
